RETURN POLICY

Our 30-day Guarantee starts the day your item is delivered to you and ends on the 30th day following receipt of the product. Your return shipment must be received in our factory by the 30th day in order to be eligible. Returns that do not have the RA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender.

Lobster Sports cannot be held responsible for packages lost by your shipping carrier. We recommend adding tracking and insurance when returning a product. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once return is received, a refund of the product price will go back to card used at time of purchase, minus a 5% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling costs. Refunds generally process within 21 business days of receiving your return.

We do not accept returns on any demo or reconditioned tennis ball machines.

All sales on tennis balls are final (there is no warranty on tennis balls; there are no returns on tennis balls – no exceptions).
